Our Classes

At START, we not only provide free online resources, we also focus on bringing personal finance to our communities in-person. Based in Los Angeles, CA, we have engaged with the San Fernando Valley through hosting free teen financial literacy classes at Capital One Café and teaching weekly biblically-based finance lessons to a youth group at a local church.

Capital One Café provides free brand notebooks, pens, and coffee cards where all students can order FREE beverages at the café---making it a more enjoyable experience for the teens!

Personal Finance: Youth Group

@Mandarin Baptist Church

At our weekly youth group lessons, we create engaging presentations taught by the high school youth group! These classes focus on lessons presented in the Bible and the values we should embody when it comes to managing our money.

From avoiding debt to being generous and to using money wisely, we cover a range of topics that allow kids to look beyond a surface-level understanding of money!
